How do I place an order?
Choose a cake, personalise it, and submit your enquiry. The website saves the enquiry and prepares a WhatsApp message for you to send. The bakery will confirm availability, final price and the order before preparation.
Can I request an eggless cake?
Yes. Select the eggless preference where offered and discuss allergies or dietary needs with the bakery before confirming.
Can I share a custom design?
Yes. Build Your Cake lets you upload an inspiration image. When you successfully submit the enquiry, the uploaded reference is stored privately with its order record for authorised bakery review. You can also share more photos in WhatsApp.
Are the prices final?
Displayed cake prices are indicative. Add-ons, intricate designs, delivery and any adjustments are quoted separately and confirmed by the bakery.
Do you offer pickup or delivery?
Both may be requested. The bakery confirms the pickup arrangements, delivery area, timing and any charges before accepting your order. Please arrange a visit in advance.
How far ahead should I order?
Share your celebration date when enquiring. Preparation lead time depends on the design and existing bookings; the bakery will confirm what is possible.
Will WhatsApp send automatically?
After saving the enquiry, WhatsApp opens with a prepared message. Please tap Send yourself. WhatsApp messages and automatic notifications are not sent without that action.
Where is my enquiry information stored?
Basket items and favourites can be kept in this browser. When you submit a successful enquiry, its details are saved to the bakery's order system, including any uploaded private reference images. The bakery uses the information to respond to your enquiry; submitting does not confirm an order or payment.
